For most of my professional life, I did what high performers do. I executed and kept moving forward. I built a career in corporate sales and executive recruiting while raising a child. I understood responsibility, and I carried it well.

Over time, I began to recognize a constraint beneath the competence. The results were strong, yet my decision-making was influenced by patterns I had never examined. My performance was intact, but my cognitive range was narrower than it needed to be.

Therapy and traditional development work were incremental. The meaningful and accelerated shift came through structured psychedelic work. It created the conditions to see and interrupt long-standing operating patterns. It sharpened perception and steadied how I think under pressure. That shift expanded my capacity without increasing strain.

I now facilitate private, legal psilocybin retreats for leaders who value refined perception as a foundation for sustained performance. Colorado’s legal framework allows this work to be conducted within a clearly defined structure.
